4) CP fittings for Kitchen valued at Rs 6000.
5) CP fittings with washbasin in Dinning valued at Rs 5000.
6) In case the final cost for all Sanitary & C.P Fittings for each bath room/ toilet on average basis exceeds Rs 65,000/- on MRP, the difference cost will be borne by the owner.

- Internal Doors with Frames: Honna wood or Sal wood frame of 5inch by 4inch. Flush doors or laminated doors. (Client Choice)
- Bathroom doors will be WPVC doors or as per clients choice.
- Sal Wood Windows frame and honna shutters.
MS Staircase Railing & Basic Gate.
- 5 years of Warranties on structure waterproof, leakages & Cracks.
- Fixture Warranties as per brand maker.
Will provide civil engineer and Architect site visit only during main works.
